People become obese in a number of ways. Some it’s because of lack of self-control especially where their appetite is involved. They obey their cravings and become ruled by them and do not watch their daily intake especially when this intake is higher than the daily recommended average. This can also overwork the heart raising the risk of heart. All this is related to being overweight and the problems can lead to other problems in themselves. For instance, the fact that the heart has to work twice as hard to make sure there is blood in the entire body means that there is also a risk of chronic fatigue.
