Does that make you feel guilty?
You need to lose that weight so bad, you want to look good, you want to be healthy and slim… BUT whenever you find yourself eating, your food is dripping with fat, or at least you are very aware of the weight of the calories that it contains… It’s a vicious circle and it seems to have no end. You are getting fatter with each bite that you eat simply because you don’t want to change OR because you don’t know HOW to… You’re thinking to yourself: “If only I could be disciplined enough to eat like a bunny for the rest of my life, I could lose this damn fat!” Let me tell you something: I know exactly how you feel…
Face it. You’re fat. Now what?
Option 1: Forget about it. Be fat, die fatter. Who cares? Or lie to yourself, and say that you will make the resolution after the next new year, or tomorrow, or next week – all of which translate to “never”.
Option 2: Think about it. Scour the internet, your local bookstore or library. Get confused with all the options. Take pills. Spend more money on the empty promises of fad diets and continuity programs. Go on a diet which you WON’T be able to stick to, put your body in starvation mode, and at the end of it gain back what you have lost (if any), and then some more. Yo-Yo.
